At Art on Words, we want you to be completely inspired by your new home decor. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack the artwork in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
